While no appointment is needed, we do ask you call ahead if you are sending a group to ensure everyone can be served promptly.
DOT Physicals – Most AFC Urgent Care locations have doctors who can administer specialized DOT Physicals. These special medical exams are required for those wishing to obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License.) These physicals must be conducted every two years in most cases for renewal. In some medical situations, the renewal may be yearly. Please call the AFC Urgent Care Center you plan on attending to confirm the availability of our DOT Physicals.
Most AFC Urgent Care Centers are open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Please check with the center to confirm exact hours of business.
